When we started “PKU-Versand-Huber” 1994 we were one of the first in Germany to specialize on low protein dietary products for people suffering from Phenylketonuria (PKU) or a similar metabolic disorder. Since then we have been producing and selling low protein goods including baked goods, pastries and chocolates.
