§ 1 Scope
Only our terms are valid. Alternate terms are not valid.
§ 2 Contract
The Order is binding. We accept the order within 2 weeks by sending the goods or an explicit acceptance of order.
§ 3 Right of withdrawal
We grant the right of withdrawal up to 1 day before delivering of the goods. Pre-condition is arrival at our destination address (look at end of these terms)
In case of withdrawal we will pay back cash down payments.
§4 Return consignment
The goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Original invoice has to be returned. Customer have to pay the shipping cost.
We will not accept returns which are sent not free.
§ 5 Prices and products
The current pricelist is valid incl. taxes. plus delivery cost. Changes are reserved.
§ 6 Payment and delivery
We deliver against prepayment or credit card.
§ 7 Retention of title
We are owner of the goods up to full payment.
§ 8 Warrantee
implied warranty of germany is valid.
§ 9 Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling depend on weight. We charge the actual shipping and handling cost
§ 10 Privacy
We use your data only to fulfil the order. We will not give your data to other companies or persons.
§ 11 Court of jurisdiction
Place of general jurisdiction is Amberg in Germany
